We won't attempt to put anything fancy here such as we are some huge company or we are all millionaires (we're working on that) We are simply people who took the plunge and decided to pull the trigger by getting involved in Real Estate Investing.

We wholesale and rehab property in the Orlando area of Central Florida.
We have been in business for just over two years and have created a sound foundation on which to grow our business. We love what we do, enjoy the daily challenges and look forward to much success in the coming years.

It's not rocket science, you just need to get started, get involved and get it done!

We are located in Orlando, Florida and have access to a huge amount of potential deals.
Our rehabs have all been REO's (Real Estate Owned) which were bank foreclosures and offered at or negotiated an awesome price. We never pay more than 50 cents on the dollar for a property, there is simply no need to.
We buy them right, get them funded and closed, get it, do the rehab, get out and get them re-sold.

With all rehabs, we do the absolute best possible job we can do within our budget, we make sure the new home owner is going to be extremely happy with their new home by doing a quality job every time.

We are NOT Real Estate Agents or Broker's, we are investors looking for a great deal on a property.

We are NOT Real Estate "Guru's" (and neither do we like most of them) we are just a team of guys, out there getting it done on a daily basis.
